New Software added: Backup

Sunday, August 10th, 2008

Just a quick update, that I have officially released the first edition of NerdyHearn Backup. This software allows a user to define a set of master-slave directory groups which can be run to backup the master directory to the slave directory.

Among some of the features are: multi-threaded jobs for fast and responsive backups, comparison using filesizes and last modified timestamps, and a configuration file which allows for repeated execution over time.

More to come soon, I have lots of ideas to add to this software in the future. I would love to get some feedback, so grab it and let me know what you think.

Backup Tom Out.
